On a rainy morning in January 2020, the HRHF and its partner’s the Konohiki Restoration Project and Mahamoku Ohana Council co-sponsored a Wa’a Work Day for community. Our workday was cut short due to some unfortunate circumstances, but we re-grouped at the Ahu by the mulwai and complete a workshop in making laulau and governance. We also had a lesson in the history of canoe making. Mahalo to the 25 participants who braved the weather and circumstances!
