KUKAKUA – Yesterday we spent time sharing ideas about how to improve the flow of wai in the Hanalei River and help prevent the next flood. There is an overgrowth of Hau bush that needs to be removed! Present were Mike Sheehan, Councilwoman Felicia Cowden, Hawaiian Civic Community Leader Sherri Cummings, HRHF program director Kamealoha Smith, and HRHF Interns Addison Luck & Gemma Shepherd. We have some work to do!
